The program is not limited to professional training but also focuses on cultural exchange by integrating trainees into the American workplace and community.

Essential Requirements

The applicant must be either:

A university graduate from outside the U.S. with at least one year of practical experience in the field of specialization.

Or possess at least 5 years of practical experience in the specialized field, if they do not hold a university degree.

Proficiency in English at a level enabling communication in a work environment.

Obtaining an official training offer from a U.S. company.

Having an accredited Sponsor from the U.S. Department of State to issue Form DS-2019.

A valid passport for the entire duration of the program.
