Essential Requirements

Participants are selected through nomination by the U.S. Embassy in their country or partner organizations.

No direct individual application is accepted.

The nominee must be an emerging leader or an influential professional in their field.

English proficiency at a level enabling effective communication.

A valid passport.

Application Steps

Nomination by the U.S. Embassy or a partner organization.

Receive the official invitation letter.

Receive Form DS-2019.

Pay the SEVIS I-901 fee ($220 USD).

Complete the DS-160 form and pay the visa fee ($185 USD).

Book an appointment at the U.S. Embassy.

Attend the interview and submit documents.

Travel to the U.S. and participate in the program.
