Overview

The Au Pair Program is a comprehensive cultural exchange experience where the participant becomes a member of an American host family, providing childcare and assisting with some light household duties. In return, the Au Pair receives a weekly stipend, a private room, free meals, health insurance, and the opportunity to attend educational courses at a local college or university.

Essential Requirements

Age between 18 and 26 years old.

English proficiency at a level enabling communication with the family.

At least a High School Diploma (General Secondary Certificate).

Proven experience in childcare (caring for siblings, volunteer work, daycare experience).

Passing an English language personal interview with the sponsoring agency.

Passing a medical exam and having a clean criminal background check.
